I love meat and steak so much I could never give it up…
We raise our own cows and eat them..haha
While I was nannying I mostly just ate salads for lunch and dinner, and I was already hungry about a couple hours later if I didnt have any meat.
Meat is my best friend=)
My UGW would probably be between 130-140 pounds.
I want just want confidence in myself.
so once i reach that, ill be happy=)
Most definitely the healthy way.
I have been eating very healthy and hardly any sweets.
One time after i went to the dentist i was so hungry that i was having stomach pains and i could never go through that again. I dont get how people starve themselves. its sucks ass and i love food to much=)
Its been usually the same thing since i dont have many options.
Breakfast: oatmeal, nectarine and walnuts (or almonds) and recently ive been eating a hard boiled egg as well.
Lunch: ranges from a salad and today im eating an egg salad sandwich with no mayo, apricots
Snacks: greek yogurt with nectarine, or any other fruit
Dinner: Salad mostly.
Thats about what I eat everyday
with the occasional cookie here and there.
wish it was more exciting..haha
I dont have a favorite thinspo blog. I’m not a huge fan of them either.
Not everyone is going to look that skinny and perfect, and it just makes me depressed if thats all thats on my dash..
Probably junk food, or eating when ever I want.
I lovee chocolate and its hard only eating one or two pieces at a time.
But im slowly getting here=)
Like after a breakup one of there favorite words are “fat”
Not that I care anymore.
But one of my best friends is always complaining about her weight, and shes like a size 3, so imagine how i feel when she talks bad about herself, im always wondering what she thinks about me.
My workout routine is all over the place.
I try and do the 30 day shred everyday along with
-50 bicycle crunches x2
-45 sec wall sit x2
-30 sec plank x2
-15 thigh gap exercise x2
-15 donkey kicks x2
But today I am going for a run and I think that i will be doing that alot more.
Well I’ve very lucky becuase my mom is a health nut.
She works out all the time and eats healthy alot, we hardly ever go out to eat.
Our whole family eats healthy,
but because of that I was always trying to sneak in a sweet and i would eat the whole bag of m&ms because i wouldn’t know when i would get more.
and now im ready to not eat the whole bag, maybe just eat 10.
My mom is so supported of me and same with my dad, he just goes along with the flow.
I do because I just lovee sweets!
Chocolate is my worst enemy.
I use to eat every thing in site, but now im doing alot better
Well being in Spain and nannying where you cant eat all of there food helps a bit
I just hope i can learn to eat once piece at a time
