Hi so I just bought Natalie Jill’s 7 day and 4 week plans that I will be starting tomorrow (May 20th)
First off I am going to write my goals that I will read every day before I go to bed and in the morning.
To The New Me:
What is important to me? School, my family, and my boyfriend Sheldon. I wan to feel good about myself. I was to have confidence again.
What are my goals?
Fantasy goals/ longterm goals: Size 4, lean, strong, healthy, and happy. Be married to Sheldon and have a house with a great job. Make alot of money. Travel the world. Want running to be my form of therapy. Want to love going to the gym and waking up every morning happy about myself.
Short term goals: Go to the gym reguraly. Study had, make time for me to be happy. Eat healthy. No fast food and startbucks.
Daily Goals: Go to bed early, wake up early. Work out everyday. Eat healthy. Eat 5-6 small meals a day.
Why? To gain confidence. Fit into the clothes I want to wear. I want to look great for Sheldon. Prove everyone wrong.
Who can help motivate me? My mom, Sheldon, and Katie.
so i have been doing great with my gym membership….=)))
I have been going to spin class everyday since I have signed up…about 4 days…
and today i did
spin at 8:30am
Body sculpt at 6
and Zumba at 7
I am sore but feel great=)
I found out I have no rhythm in Zumba..hah but ill keep trying=)
I signed up for a gym!!!!
I am so excited to actually start becoming the woman I want to be and that includes having a body I can be happy about.
Going today at noon

So I have neglected my fitblr =(
*since it is the new year,
*I have an amazing supportive boyfriend,
*and I’m not in a horrible situation (barcelona)
I am going to start again=)
Sorry i havnt been on latley
I got into a huge fight with the nannying family and i left,
so im currently in a hotel in Barcelona.
I cannot wait to go home..
So i might not reblog for a bit

Had oatmeal for breakfast
then for lunch i made an egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread with no mayo
they were eating spaghetti and i just had a bite bc im tired of eating salads and sandwiches for lunch and dinner
but it was only a bite and such a great bite it was=)
then i went for a walk to the store to get a blender (they dont have blenders in there house, weird)
THen came back and made a smoothie, the girls about jumped for joy they loved it..haha
then i had another egg salad sandwich with mellon for dinner
and one little piece of chocolate 70% coco for dessert
and now im going to go and watch shes the man and straighten my hair

I didnt eat any sweets at all today=)
thats like a first=)
i ate great today and went on a bike ride
So I made an egg salad sandwich without the mayo=)
it was so good.
To make it i use
one hardboiled egg
a mixture of egg yoke and tuna(we had extra in the fridge so i just added it with)
1 1/2 tablesoon viniger
2 tablespoons greek yougurt
1 teaspoon mustard (the kind with little balls in it)
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 chopped cucumber
a pinch of pepper
It was soo good
I had it with a little piece of grilled chicken and 2 apricots=)
I was all determined to go out for a run/walk for two hours and to clear my head,
but i only ran for about 20 mins and walked the rest.
I am kinda mad at myself, but i do believe that since my ipod isnt working that thats why i couldnt go any farther.
but at least i did something
had a great salad for dinner tho, and a good breakfast this morning oatmeal=)
waiting for my dad to send me my moms shuffle in the mail so i can get back to my two hour workouts=)
